As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and employees with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage phone calls, providing helpful information and directing queries as needed
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support the wider office team with various administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring the reception and meeting areas are always well-presented
Skills & Experience Needed
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office-based/administration role
