Primary Job Purpose

Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading local service provider in the recruitment of a HR Partner. This is an operational partnering opportunity that requires broad expertise in all aspects of HR. You will help develop high performing leaders and leadership teams whilst making recommendations and decisions to optimise employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities will include:-

To work with the HR team and the HR Director to:

  • Deliver the people strategy and drive high performance in partnership with senior client managers across their business areas of responsibility.
  • Be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement pragmatic and commercially focussed solutions.
  • Ensuring the provision of a high level of HR Service to the business.
  • Champions and leads on change management initiatives/projects as required.
  • Enable the flow of talent in and out of the organisation, making sure the business needs are met and future skill and capability requirements are understood.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Experienced Human Resource professional
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
