Operating in the UK and USA, Broadreach is a prestigious recruitment agency specialising in sectors such as superyacht & marine, advanced engineering, joinery and bespoke furniture, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in our new offices.
This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in skilled trades contractor recruitment, encompassing a proven track record in both securing new business and delivering value-add recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top-tier candidates in skilled trades.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless and effective process for both candidates and clients.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including a thorough understanding of IR35 legislation.
- Deliver presentations and pitches to clients that demonstrate our expertise and value proposition.
Requirements:
- A degree-level qualification in Business, Human Resources, Sales or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically with a focus on skilled trades.
- Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong sales skills, with the capability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment legislations, including IR35.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a high-stakes environment.
