FT and PT hours available but you must be available to work weekends and school holidays, being the busiest times in the business.
A Manager position is integral to the success and growth of the business and a successful manager at Poole Park must be hands on, have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and communication skills, with an ability to positively lead and manage the team. An experienced manager can assess the dynamics of the working day and manage the team to drive business sales.
You must have relevant managerial experience working hands-on in a large & busy hospitality setting.
