COMPANYÂ Construction based specialist, looking for a Finance Assistant to join on a fixed term contract based in their Head Office in Poole, Dorset.
Duties:• To reconcile Bank statements• To process the supplier invoices & statements• To process payment runs• To process customer refunds• To maintain the assets register• To Maintain customer and supplier records
Essential:• The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an accounts department• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)• AAT qualified/part qualified
