Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a successful Property Development Company in Poole, Hampshire who are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team.

What the role Involves:

This is a full-time office-based Role Monday - Friday.

You must be able to work on your own initiative and support the Finance Manager with various aspects of reporting.

Strong data entry skills: This is a fast-paced environment and requires exceptional attention to detail.

Must be able to express themselves clearly verbally and in written format.

  • Bookkeeping
  • Sage 50
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Journals
  • Financial Administration and filing
  • Any knowledge / experience in CIS & Payroll is a plus
  • Ability & willingness to learn
  • Proactive and able to organise workload
  • Strong data entry skills: this is a fast-paced environment and requires exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be able to express themselves clearly verbally and in written format.
