The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently have a rare and exciting vacancy for one of our valued clients who are a family-owned dealership group, who operate in Dorset. Seeking to add a driven, talented and dynamic leader to their aftersales department. This role is ideal for an experienced Aftersales Manager who has dealt with large aftersales operations &/or multi-site leader looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:

Oversee and manage a team of 60+ staff.

Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the aftersales department.

Lead, support, coach and inspire the aftersales team with energy, enthusiasm and positivity.

Report and evaluate actual and forecasted results for internal and external stakeholders.

Continuously innovate to improve performance, profitability and the retention of our team and customers.

Constantly review key operating controls such as productivity, efficiency, labour sales, and cost of sales, to optimise all commercial opportunities.

Monitor and evaluate customer demand and competitor activity, ensuring that our campaigns are relevant and targeted.

About you:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.

Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Exceptional customer service skills with a keen understanding of customer satisfaction indicators and the ability to drive improvements.

Package:

Basic Salary: £60,000

OTE: £80,000
