Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? TeamJobs is recruiting a dedicated Administrator to support the delivery of a new Health Support Scheme and assist with wider welfare initiatives for individuals and their families.

This impactful role will focus on providing bespoke healthcare pathways and supporting events, childcare initiatives, and family welfare programs.

  • Location: Poole
  • Salary: 25,000 DOE
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a fully person-centred Health Support Scheme, liaising with healthcare providers, statutory services, and professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and support networks.
  • Provide advocacy for individuals and families navigating healthcare pathways.
  • Maintain an active case database, providing regular updates and recording outcomes.
  • Assist with the organisation of family and community events, childcare support, and other welfare programs.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with GDPR regulations.

About You:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a welfare, health, or social care setting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong sense of empathy.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and database software.
  • A proactive, conscientious, and independent work ethic.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare or welfare support.
  • A good understanding of the challenges individuals and families face.
