Software Engineer
Location: Poole, Dorset (Hybrid)
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000, plus annual, business performance-related bonus
We are thrilled to have partnered with a global leader in intelligent solutions and are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their R&D team. You will contribute to the development of their InView system, a critical asset management tool used by the engineers to maintain on-street equipment.
About the Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering quality solutions using C#/.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain software using C#/.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Design, quote, and deliver solutions in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
- Manage your development using GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with C#/.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Android SDK and mobile app development is a bonus.
