We are seeking a talented and experienced Software QA Test Engineer to join a successful Software business based in Poole. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of software and solutions, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals.Software QA Test Engineer - Poole - Hybrid - Competitive SalaryThe ideal candidate will have essential skills in manual testing and a solid understanding of non-functional testing. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through testing and analysis. Additionally, you will have the potential to grow into a Senior QA/Test Lead position, where you will be responsible for leading and managing the testing team.We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as ISTQB certification. Experience with automated testing tools is also preferred, along with front-end and back-end automation experience. We are looking for local candidates in the Poole area who are happy to come into the office 2-3 days a week.Skills required:路 Experience with automated testing tools (Playwright/Cypress or Similar)路 Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.路 Experience as a (hands-on) QA lead and/or mentoring of junior test colleagues desirable.路 Experience of working in an agile team, actively making contributions to the team's continuous improvement.The Company offers a competitive salary package, along with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
