An Alternative Provison based in Bournemouth are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to start on a full time basis.

Role Overview: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students’ educational and emotional development. You will work closely with a team of dedicated educators to implement individualized learning plans and strategies that cater to each student’s unique needs. Your compassionate approach and creative problem-solving skills will be invaluable as you help our students navigate challenges and celebrate their achievements.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH and behavioural needs in their academic and social development.
- Assist in the implementation of personalized learning plans.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with SEMH and behavioural needs is preferred.
