LET Recruitment is seeking dedicated & passionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEN to work within our client schools in the Poole and Bournemouth areas.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Previous experience in Childcare, Education or Social Care is desired as your skills can make a meaningful impact in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day support of students.

You will support students to ensure they can participate fully in classroom activities, assisting with personalised learning plans and provided tailored support based on their individual needs.

Implement strategies designed to foster academic and personal growth, from supporting literacy and numeracy development to encouraging positive communication and social interaction.

Responsible for monitoring student progress, offering emotional support and collaborating with teachers to create an adaptive learning environment that benefits all students.
