An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concession Manager to join a womenswear brand in their department in Beales Poole Dorset. The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded Manager who is looking to take their next step within fashion retail. Responsibilities:

  • Management experience

  • Maximising concession sales

  • Delivering exceptional customer service

  • Stock management; including but not limited to processing deliveries, stocktaking, replenishment and recall

  • Maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards in-line with company guidelines

  • Implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions, to tight deadlines

  • Building excellent relationships with host store staff

  • Ensuring any required administration is completed

Requirements:

  • Customer service focused

  • Proven experience in a retail role

  • Ability to work to targets

  • Highly organised

  • Enthusiastic and willing to be hands-on
