Required Skills:- MSP experience (essential)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- A passion for IT, learning, and career progression
