Maintenance Administrator | Poole | £30,000

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a dynamic role within a fast-paced and supportive team? Do you thrive on organisation, problem-solving, and customer interaction?

As a Maintenance Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Maintenance Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of engineer schedules, customer communication and financial administration. This is an office-based role in Poole, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the business.

As a Maintenance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling engineer appointments and preparing job packs
  • Processing sales orders, invoices and maintenance quotes using Sage 200
  • Managing timesheets and job sheets to ensure accurate records
  • Handling customer communications, including chasing outstanding invoices and quotes
  • Booking hotels and managing van stock for engineers
  • Maintaining accurate records in Servicelife and responding to phone and email enquiries

As a Maintenance Administrator, your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and make decisions
