Workshop Based, commutable from Swanage, Wareham, Sturminster Newton, Blandford Forum, Ringwood, Poole, Bournemouth, Fordingbridge and surrounding areas.

Are you from a Field Service, Maintenance, Gas, Mechanical Fitter or similar background with any Steam, Industrial / Commercial Boilers or similar experience looking for the opportunity to massively develop your skillset and train on specialist equipment, working for a multinational industry leading business, where you can showcase your skillset and take the technical lead all whilst keeping a great work life balance in this days based position.

On offer is a Maintenance Supervisor / Manager position working on steam and boiler equipment, where you will be put through external qualifications on steam equipment and be responsible for the continued running and development of this aspect of their workshop.

This role would suit an Engineer with experience with Boiler, Steam or similar equipment looking to take the next step and step into a managerial role where you can develop your technical skillset through internal and external training opportunities.

The Role:
*Supervising and Management of a close knit team of technical experts
*Working on Boiler House and Steam Equipment for a busy manufacturer
*Days Based Monday to Friday

The Person:
*Engineer / Supervisor with experience working with Steam Equipment in a Commercial or Industrial setting
*Looking for Training and Development in a long term position
*Full UK Drivers License
