Sonic Summary

Amour Recruitment is seeking a qualified HGV Technician for a well-established business located in Poole.
Key responsibilities include vehicle inspection, general servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair of vehicle defects.
Candidates should have previous relevant experience in a similar industry and hold a City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three qualification or equivalent.
The position offers a starting salary of £35,000, depending on experience, with working hours from 6am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday or evening shifts over 4-5 evenings a week.
A full UK Driving Licence is required, and while an HGV Licence is preferable, it is not essential.

Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established business who is seeking a HGV Technician based in Poole.

Key responsibilities:

Vehicle inspection
General servicing
Fault diagnosis
Repair of vehicle defects
Road test vehicle
MOT preparation/presentation
Breakdown/roadside assistance and call out duty
Completion of all required paperwork accurately

Personal Requirements:

Be a qualified HGV Technician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three of equivalent)
Have previous relevant experience gained in a similar industry
Full UK Driving Licence
HGV Licence preferable but not essential
Previous experience working with the Commercial Vehicle sector

Hours: 6am-3:30pm Monday to Friday or Evening shifts over 4-5 evenings a week

Salary: Starting £35,000 depending on experience
