Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced LCV Technician to join their busy workshop in Poole, Dorset.

Role Overview:

As a LCV Technician, in Poole, Dorset you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles. You will utilise your technical expertise and diagnostic skills to identify and rectify vehicle faults efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work on light commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
  • Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using your technical expertise and diagnostic equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential problems.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly and concisely to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Previous experience working on LCVs up to 7.5 tonnes.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
