NET Recruit have partnered with an automotive business to recruit a MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician located in the Poole area. Your Company:An opportunity for a MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician has become available within an automotive business in the Poole area, for a 4-working day a week opportunity. This role will be of the utmost importance to continuing these offerings, with the job holder working on a range of vehicles to action customer needs, delivering repair work, MOTs and servicing. Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting vehicle servicing and repairs to a high standard
Ensuring work done meets and exceeds the company and manufacturers requirements
Creating and filling out all relevant paperwork relating to the warranty and repair and service work
Identifying opportunities for additional work, that would peek the customer’s interest and address any safety concerns
Providing fantastic levels of customer service

What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least a few years of experience within a vehicle technician capacity, and applicants must possess a NVQ Level 3 at least, and have experience as a MOT Tester. Candidates should have experience in servicing, diagnosing and repairing motor vehicles. A full UK driving license is also required. PLEASE NOTE: This role is based on a rota system, for 39 hours a week worked over a 4-day working week, with a rotating day off in the week and enabling that every 5th week, the place holder will have a long weekend. Every 1 in 4 Saturday will be on the rota for a half day, paid as additional overtime.
