Qualified Vehicle Technician

Location:Poole

Salary: to £38,300 plus uncapped overachievement bonuses

Hours:8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday (optional Saturday overtime 8:30 - 12:30 at 1.5x rate)

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are a luxury brand with locations across Dorset and Somerset.

They are now looking for a Qualified Vehicle Technician within their tech team based at their Head Office. This is a very team focused, target driven division who are looking for someone with outstanding customer interaction skills.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks from routine servicing to complex diagnostics, ensuring high quality standards in all repair works. Opportunities for advancement are available, based on performance and skill development.

You will be joining a privately owned professional environment with no large company Red Tape.

The successful Qualified Vehicle Technician will:-

  • Have previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a Main Dealership
  • Have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Automotive Maintenance & Repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • MOT Licence (desirable not essential)
  • Be highly organised
  • Have good conflict resolution experience
  • Be professional with strong communication skills both verbally and face to face as well as digitally
