My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician to join their busy main dealership in Poole, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle /LCV Technician to take the next steps int heir career or for a vehicle technician with a fast-fit background to take their first steps into a main dealership environment.

My client offers comprehensive manufacturer training to support with your development.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of light commercial vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
