Vehicle Technician (Level 3)

Salary: £31,800 - £38,300 (D.O.E) + Bonus & Paid Overtime

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm, Saturday optional paid overtime)

About the role/our client:

Our client is a highly prestigious brand, offering a great working opportunity to work as a Vehicle Technician at their dealership in Poole.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working in a team to execute Services and MOT’s, carrying out repairs, accurately, safely and quickly to minimise customer inconvenience.
  • Taking care to make sure the brand image is upheld by offering more of an elite experience with detailed handovers making sure standards are maintained.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, making sure all areas are maintained and clear from hazards.
  • Complete all relevant documentation in line with HSO warranty and internal brand requirements.
  • Log all details on Job Sheets to ensure bills and invoices are accurate.
  • Work towards controlling costs where possible.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience is in a similar role is required.
  • Full driving licence is essential for this role as you will have to undertake test drives with customer vehicles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers to offer understanding with all interactions resolving any issues and handing back over to the customer outlining all vital information.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload you will be working individually, in team and with other departments internally ensuring efficiency.
