Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to join our clients team in Holton Heath, Poole. As a Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining wood machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process. You will work with a variety of wood materials to produce bespoke pieces to specification.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain wood machining equipment
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Monitor quality and consistency throughout the production process
  • Complete all work to high standards and within set time frames
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the workshop

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a wood machinist
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop setting
