Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to join our clients team in Holton Heath, Poole. As a Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining wood machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process. You will work with a variety of wood materials to produce bespoke pieces to specification.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain wood machining equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality and consistency throughout the production process
- Complete all work to high standards and within set time frames
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the workshop
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a wood machinist
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop setting
