Reporting to the Brand Manager, as the Junior Marketing Manager you will drive brand awareness, delivering increased sales and desirability.
As the Junior Marketing Manager you will be a skilled marketing strategist, able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others with a demonstratable track record in a similar role.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Junior Marketing Manager include:
- Development, implementation, and execution of annual brand plans across a full marketing mix
- Ensure brand plans deliver against strategic objectives, reporting monthly
- Management of the marketing spend
- Producing valuable content for internal and external communications
- Work in cross departmental groups, representing the marketing department
- Creating and delivering sales tools for both customers and consumers
- Communicating with Brand ambassadors
- Working with Brand team to deliver an effective social media marketing strategy
- Collaborating with wider marketing team to generate creative video content, blogs and email campaigns
- Collaborating with our in-house photographer on photoshoot planning to ensure our products are displayed at their very best in still imagery and videos
- Working with external PR company to help capitalise on key marketing opportunities and press coverage
- Assisting in the successful delivery of exhibitions and events
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstratable experience in developing effective marketing strategies (campaigns, digital, POS, advertising)
- Strong project management skills
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Manage budgets efficiently and effectively
- Up to date with latest marketing techniques and best practice
- Ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines
DESIRABLE
- It’s also desirable you have an active interest in outdoor activity, particularly camping
- Experience with email marketing
- Google and social media advertising
- Google Analytics
