About the roleThis role will be responsible for fulfilling all warehouse duties to meet our customers'demands, which can range from 10-100 shipments per day, based in our new warehousein the Port Glasow area.Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:* Selecting, preparing, and processing orders.* Using our internal ticketing and stock system to view and record tasks.* Processing outgoing courier and mail shipments.* Communicating with other departments regarding shipments.* Carrying out warehouse duties in the Port Glasgow Warehouse* Staging of customer equipment before shipping.* To diagnose and fault find a range of EPoS equipment.* Assisting in the design and build of tools and equipment.* Assisting with the operation maintenance and repair of equipment.* Practicing and always complying with safety standards.* Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.This is not a picking and packing position.About youWe are looking for an IT professional with strong experience in both IT repairs andwarehouse operations. This role involves handling workstations, servers, printers, andnetwork hardware, as well as managing tasks within a warehouse, such as inventorycontrol, equipment staging, and processing shipments.The ideal candidate must have experience in organising and maintaining warehousestock, preparing, and shipping orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of equipment for ITstaging. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multipletasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, solid troubleshooting skillsand a customer-focused mindset are key.
