Plant Electrician

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Plant Electrician based in Port Glasgow.

This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

Would you like to be responsible for installing and repairing systems, apparatus, electrical and industrial machinery and equipment?

This role is for a Plant Electrician - someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Carry out routine maintenance and scheduled checks set to them
• Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns

We're looking for people who can show:

• Electrical Apprenticeship or recognised vocational education program in electrical or industrial electrical or industrial training
• Experienced as an Electrician in an industrial set-up
• Experienced using Programmable Logic Control (PLC) units and other computer-based equipment
