The Business Development Manager position:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, onboarding dealerships, and expanding the client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving brokerage at a pivotal stage of expansion.


Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the car finance sector.
  • Onboard and maintain relationships with dealerships, ensuring strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Drive sales growth through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to business success.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

What are we looking for in the next Business Development Manager?

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in car finance).
  • A strong track record of onboarding dealerships and hitting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
