Sales and Service Coordinator

Join our team as a Sales and Service Coordinator, where you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small, efficient sales team and enjoys being part of a larger administrative function. If you are proactive, driven, and have a knack for managing customer relationships, this could be the ideal role for you.

Day-to-day of the role:

Support the Sales Manager with customer accounts and manage processes within the internal sales function.

Attend exhibitions to promote our innovative products, driving lead generation and expanding our client base.

Respond to all customer queries in accordance with SLAs, and proactively build strong relationships as the first point of contact for our customers.

Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Production, Planning and Optimisation, and Quality teams to keep them informed of any issues that may impact our customers.

Handle administrative tasks within the Sales Team, including record keeping, price analysis, data management, and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and ask insightful questions.

Excellent organisational skills.

Ability to work independently to solve problems and make customer-focused recommendations.

Driven individual with a desire to succeed and follow tasks through to completion.

Numeracy and literacy skills (assessments required for this role).
