In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our established customer base-handling queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued customers.
Collaborating across departments to process and execute customer orders.
Monitoring order and production status, keeping customers up to date throughout.
Supporting the continuous improvement of our services based on customer feedback.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment but open to hearing about other experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive team player who thrives under pressure and keeps cool when juggling multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with a knack for solving problems and staying one step ahead.
Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP experience preferred) or a good understanding of logistics/supply chain processes is a plus.
