Bennett and Game are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our clients team as a Health & Safety and CDM Advisor. Based in Port Talbot, this role offers a mix of office-based, home-working, and UK-wide travel opportunities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering CDM and Health & Safety advisory services across a diverse range of projects, ensuring compliance and best practices in all aspects of construction health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Principal Designer Advisor, supporting project teams in meeting CDM 2015 requirements.
- Provide expert CDM advice and guidance to clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive CDM documentation.
- Participate in design team meetings and workshops, reviewing and advising on design strategies to meet health and safety standards.
- Conduct site health and safety inspections, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in a construction environment with a deep understanding of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
- Possess a relevant Health & Safety qualification, such as a NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Exceptional communication and report-writing skills.
- A proactive and pragmatic approach to health and safety management.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for business travel (expenses reimbursed).
