We are seeking an experiencedIndustrial Electricianto join our team for a 2-month project on steelworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in an industrial environment, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a steelwork setting.
- Work with control systems, motors, and heavy machinery.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and codes.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with other team members and trades to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience:Proven track record as an industrial electrician, preferably with experience in steelworks or heavy industry.
- Qualifications:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, ECS/JIB card preferred.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, electrical schematics, and safety regulations.
- Availability:Able to start on Monday, 28th October and commit for the full 2-month duration.
