The Deputy Home Manager will:
- Support the Home Manager in the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Lead the care team, building strong relationships with residents, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure the highest standard of care, taking charge in the Home Manager's absence.
- Supervise and coach colleagues to maintain excellent care standards.

The ideal Deputy Home Manager will:
- Be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Possess a good knowledge of the latest clinical practices.
- Have experience working in a care home setting.
