2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Wales, Port Talbot
Inside IR35 Contract / 3 Months
£125.00 to £130.00 per day
We are looking for a skilled and motivated 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve within SLA.

Troubleshoot network, server, and software issues.

Work closely with the 1st Line team for effective issue resolution.

Document and maintain knowledge base articles.

Provide proactive support and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in 2nd line or technical support.

Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and networking.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
