Trainee Plant Mechanic, Field Service
Location: Port Talbot & Surrounding Area
Salary: Up to £38k Basic (DOE), realistic £45k+ OTE + great benefits listed below:

Our Client is a market leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates who could be from the following industries with solid transferable skills:
- Forklift or HGV’s
- Cranes or Municipal Vehicle’s
- Generators
- Ground Support Equipment
- Armed Forces - e.g. REME
You’ll receive first class ENHANCED initial and on-going training to enable you to do your job well. Based in the field you will look after customers in your region. Things you’ll be doing include:
- Servicing, maintaining & reactive breakdowns of Plant Machinery.
- Diagnosing electrical, mechanical & hydraulic faults.
There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in relevant engineering area would be an advantage.
- A Can-Do attitude with strong work ethic.
- A good customer focused approach to your work.
