Salary: £20 - £22 per hour (£37,440 - £41,184 per annum based on 36 hours per week)
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time available (Choose between 24 or 36 hours per week - 2 or 3 shifts)

Appoint Healthcare is proud to collaborate with a leading national provider of health and social care services, delivering exceptional support to young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) to join our expert multidisciplinary team in a locked rehabilitation service for men with complex and enduring mental health challenges.
Role Overview:As an RMN in our 18-bed rehabilitation unit, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored nursing care aligned with the latest best practices.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, both manually and electronically.
- Leading and supporting colleagues with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensuring compliance with DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
- Promoting a safe and health-conscious environment for all.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Experience in mental health care, particularly with challenging behaviours.
- Strong communication, administrative, and computer skills.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (DoLs/MCA).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
