TeacherActive are proud to working with a primary school in the Port Talbot area and they are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed class teacher who can support the educational vision of the school to cover a maternity position. The school pride themselves on continually pursuing higher standards through a broad and cohesive curriculum with an emphasis on independence and creativity. This position will be for two terms starting in September, and you will working in a Year 3 class on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a high calibre, inspiring teacher,
- Have knowledge of the Skills Based Curriculum,
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a deep understanding of how children learn successfully,
- Be able to provide high quality learning experiences through a skills based curriculum,
- Have the necessary skills to manage additional staff.
