Receptionist / Facilities Assistant - Temp
Based in Port Talbot | onsite role
8:00am to 4:30pm | Monday to Friday
Start date of Monday 14th October for 2 weeks
Pay rate up to 12.00 per hour + holiday pay

One of my regular clients has reached out to me for some Reception & Facilities temp cover at their office based in Port Talbot. The cover dates are from this Monday 14th October until at least Friday 25th October inclusive with potential to be extended - you must be available for these dates to be considered!

The main purpose of this role will be to provide Reception cover & basic Facilities Administration support to the business and would ideally suit an experienced Receptionist who is between jobs at the moment or only interested in temp covers.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Working on the front-desk Reception, providing excellent service to all visitors & staff entering the office
* Singing in visitors & issuing passes
* Carrying out site briefings & inductions
* Handling any incoming calls, dealing with basic queries when they come in & transferring calls to the appropriate party
* Assisting with meeting room bookings including organising refreshments & stationery
* Reporting any Facilities faults to be fixed
* Some basic ad hoc administration as required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception & Facilities role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid IT Skills
