Sonic Summary

The SEN and Alternative Provision Tutor position involves supporting learners with significant learning needs in their core subjects and pastoral mentoring to help them reintegrate into a sustainable school setting.
The role is flexible, offering between 1 to 15 hours per week, with sessions taking place at the learner's home in the presence of a parent.
Candidates are expected to have relevant experience in education, particularly with SEN and EBSA students, and must possess a current DBS on the update service.
The salary is competitive, allowing educators to set their own rates, and opportunities for both daytime and evening work are available.
Education Boutique seeks passionate educators who can create a calm learning environment and have excellent communication skills, with a preference for those who have at least some experience in similar roles.

Job Title: SEN and Alternative Provision Tutor

Aim: To support a learner with core subject learning and pastoral mentoring to ultimately re-engage and reintegrate them back into a sustainable school setting

Location: At the learner's residence (Parent present)

Frequency: 1 hour - 15 hours per week

Duration: Education Boutique have a large number of learners seeking this support. Packages range from a 6 week package to ongoing EOTAS.

Extra information: This learner does currently not attend school and has a significant learning need.
