Are you a Quality Technician / Engineer from the manufacturing industry, looking to join a pioneering business as they continue to thrive in their niche industry, offering structured progression to supervisor level where you will develop and manage a small team with great company benefits and specialist training in a highly autonomous, days based role?

Joining a small and close knit team, you will have a critical role ensuring quality is adhered to across the business. This will include conducting monthly quality reports, implementing corrective actions and responding to customer complaints. Due to considerable growth with the goal to double turnover this year, they are in the position to employ a Quality Engineer to lead and oversee the quality function within their manufacturing site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to get their foot in the door with a company which has a fantastic future ahead of them. This role offers specialist training so anyone with a solid background in quality engineering within manufacturing/production is encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Overseeing a small team within the quality department
• Conducting internal and external audits
• Managing ISO system
• Workshop based, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00

The Person:

• Quality experience within a manufacturing setting
• Understanding of ISO
• Lives commutable to Porth
