Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Work one-on-one or with small groups to keep students engaged and progressing in their learning.
- Classroom Collaboration: Assist teachers with managing the classroom and delivering creative educational activities.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on students’ progress, ensuring they meet their learning objectives.
- Administrative Support: Help with general administrative tasks as needed to support classroom operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Education: A commitment to making a positive difference in students’ lives.
- Educational Background: Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
- Behavior Management: Skills in managing classroom behavior with a calm and positive approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using IT, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
What You’ll Receive:
- Great Pay: Earn between £83.40 to £96.40 per day.
