Role Overview

The Finance and Administrator Assistant supports the Finance Manager with various financial and administrative tasks, contributing to the company's success. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in finance, office management, and HR.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Perform data entry for financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank and petty cash accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage personnel files and respond to telephone inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and arrange refreshments for meetings.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance (2 years).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
