Dunluce Lodge, the newest 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is looking for a dynamic Bar Manager. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the drinking experience at one of Northern Irelands most anticipated openings.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize food and beverage profitability and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of bar professionals.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to create innovative menus that reflect local flavors.
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the food and beverage sector, including trends and best practices.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
