Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion.
- Reviewing and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality work.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying potential improvements to client processes and controls.
- Staying updated with changes in UK audit and accounting regulations.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
