Management Accountant

You will be the number two person within finance and will lead the production of management accounts while also leading on budgeting, forecasting, business partnering and process improvement. What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Production of management accounts with commentary presented for board review;
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting process liaising with departmental heads on a monthly basis to advise and educate;
• Lead on continuous process improvement across department;
• Mentor junior members of staff;
• Other ad hoc duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified;
• Strong management accounting experience gained within a manufacturing environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Strong IT skills including advanced Excel.
