We are recruiting a Semi Senior Accountant to join this team-oriented practice in Portsmouth! This is an amazing opportunity to a join a company that cares about their clients, with the opportunity to make a positive difference and impact!
You will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a UK accountancy practice.
- Studying AAT/ACCA/ACA or fully qualified.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
Your role will include:
- Bookkeeping and supporting accounts prep
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Responding to questions and queries
- Ad hoc project work
