Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the chosen candidate will offer transactional support and contribute to improving cash flow management within the finance department.
What will the art time Accounts Assistant role involve?
- Match and process purchase ledger invoices to Sage 50.
- Reconcile statements.
- Prepare invoices for payment.
- Support credit control, and maintain cash flow.
- Email management and filing
Suitable Candidate for the part time Accounts Assistant vacancy:
- Varied transactional finance experience gained within an SME.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 would be an advantage.
- A flexible approach.

- Part time hours – 20 per week over 5 days ideally.
