Broad Core Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Finance.
- Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses.
- Support payment runs/bank reconciliations.
- Raising customer invoices.
- Credit control.
- Reviewing invoice coding to ensure accuracy.
- Month end closure, accruals & prepayments, depreciation.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Project reporting, Work In Process (WIP), Stock on Hand (SOH)
- Assisting with cashflow management.
- Support Directors with queries.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant finance / accountancy experience.
- Understanding of Work In Process (WIP) & Stock on Hand (SOH)
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and fundamentals.
- Comfortable with accruals, prepayments and depreciation.
- Month end experience and assisting with management accounts preparation.
- Happy communicating with customers on invoicing / credit control queries.
- Used to working with accounting software (ideally Xero)
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
