Salary: £12.00 - £12.50 P/HHours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.Duration: please note this is a temporary assignment with a duration of 3-6 months, with potential to go on longer.Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the business on a temporary ongoing basis.As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting within a busy operations administration team
  • Liaise with internal departments to support with customer enquiries that have come through via email
  • Processing information with a high level of detail onto the internal system
  • To process and request any V5 documentation using the internal system and cross checking with the DVLA
  • To process any parking fines and speeding tickets using external, legal databases 
  • Maintain and assist with various email enquiries
  • Send out MOT and Service reminders using the diary system
  • Upload correct Motor Insurance Documentation
  • Scanning and uploading documentation in line with compliance
  • Upload new vehicle details onto the internal system.
