- Supporting within a busy operations administration team
- Liaise with internal departments to support with customer enquiries that have come through via email
- Processing information with a high level of detail onto the internal system
- To process and request any V5 documentation using the internal system and cross checking with the DVLA
- To process any parking fines and speeding tickets using external, legal databases
- Maintain and assist with various email enquiries
- Send out MOT and Service reminders using the diary system
- Upload correct Motor Insurance Documentation
- Scanning and uploading documentation in line with compliance
- Upload new vehicle details onto the internal system.
- Previous administration skills and experience
- Have high attention to detail
- Be process driven
