Rate: £40 - £50 per hour (Ltd or sole trader, increased rates over weekends and Bank Holidays)

Client Overview: A leading provider of Out of Hours (OOH) and Urgent Treatment services catering to patients across Portsmouth. Embrace a dynamic healthcare environment where ACPs, ANPs and ECPs lead the way, supported by expert GPs. Services are strategically positioned adjacent to NHS Emergency Departments, ensuring seamless referral pathways for comprehensive patient care.

Service and Role:

  • Lead clinical decision-making delivering urgent care services with precision using the Adastra.
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, with opportunities for home visits and tele-health consultations.
  • Embrace varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to provide care during both in-hours and predominantly out-of-hours.
  • Collaborate with a diverse Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to optimise patient treatment strategies.
  • Apply advanced clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases, ensuring timely interventions for patient well-being.

Candidate Requirements:

Fully Qualified ACP,ANP or ECP.

Independent NMP (V300) qualification, along with experience in minor injuries and illness.

Hold a recent DBS check dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.

Maintain up-to-date mandatory training, registrations, and immunisations.

MSc Advanced Nursing Practice with recordable specialist qualification with NMC.
